Hey everyone, here’s a great full body yoga stretch sequence you can do after a run, a workout or a particularly challenging yoga class.
Truly this is a lovely class that you can do on it’s own in the morning or in the evening. It’s an all levels practice that works on slowing down your heart rate and targeting all the major muscle groups for optimal wellness and relaxation.
No props are required and we’ll go through poses like child’s pose, tiger, pyramid and puppy pose.
