The yoga wheel is an amazing prop to improve back flexibility and massage the spine. Whenever I feel stiff in my back just rolling on it for 5 minutes makes me feel great!

This 10 minute yoga wheel flow is perfect for beginners and practitioners of all levels! Whenever I practice on my wheel this is pretty much what I do 🙂

Wonderful video! Just NOT for beginners 🤣 this was my first time ever purchasing a wheel and I am almost died trying these 🤣 got so dizzy bending over felt like crap, my sides, back and neck are killing me 🤣 Can you please do a superrrrrrr baby beginner one?

That was amazing !! thank you so much!! Is it normal to feel pain from the pressure of the wheel against the body? my wheel has a rough texture maybe thats why?

This is a great video, although as a true beginner, I've found my back is very inflexible, so most of these poses I was unable to do – mainly when rolling all the way with arms on the floor behind me. I'm very stiff and can't get there at the moment. 😔 If you have any classes you can do to work up to that point to get more flexibility in your back using the yoga wheel that would be amazing! I've been searching ever since I purchased the wheel and haven't found anything that helps those like me work up to more flexibility using the wheel, there's really not much out there. I appreciate it so much! I hope I can get there, I just want to do it safely! 🙏

This was my first yoga wheel yoga session and while it felt different and a lil scary it was really nice. I’m not super flexible but I am little more flexible than average, but my balance is really out whack and I noticed that during the part where we put on ankle on the opposite knee.. I found it hard to keep balance at that point. I am looking forward to more yoga wheel videos from you! 🧡🧡🧡 much love!

Hello, thank you a lot for sharing your experience with us, I started to be interested by Yoga and I don't have where to go practice or take yoga lessons in my country, so I would love to know if it's not to late to started yoga? I'll turn 29 the next month and I don't know if I could have the same flexibility as you have with my age? It's take how many years to develop the flexibility skills? Thanks for motivating us ❤
