Done this a few times this week , my downward dog is getting a bit better than before I still need to work on stretches for hamstrings help as get stiffness still mornings and sciatica but I'm.working on it

This was significantly challenging (there were some poses I couldn’t really do properly) but definitely one of the best pre-workout stretches I’ve seen!
