Hi mama! Here is a 30 minute pregnancy yoga for 3rd trimester to help you to induce labor and get your baby closer down to your cervix.
You do not need any prior yoga experience to be able to enjoy this yoga classes with me. We are going to stretch, move, relax, strengthen and prepare our body for labor. Make sure to listen to your body and perform only what is accessible to you and your body.
Take it easy mama! If your baby is ready to welcome the world, the right exercises can help get things going a bit faster. Remember your baby is running the show ๐Ÿ™‚ and if he or she is not ready to come yet don’t stress out, just trust that everything will happen exactly in the right moment.

I did it all and the next day I could barely move but it made me have some Braxton hicks so that's better than nothing I guess ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜‚
