30-Minute Restorative Yoga Session With Koya Webb



Breathe in, breathe out, and acknowledge your body with this yoga session from holistic health coach and yoga instructor Koya Webb! You’ll get to relax and give your muscles some much-needed TLC through a series of restorative poses. Let your body take over as you intuitively move throughout this practice. Listen to your body and only go as deep into poses as you feel comfortable. This session will conclude with a meditation.

I use this yoga session 2x a week at least! I’m just getting into yoga and meditation and this provides me some relaxing stretching, and basics that I feel comfortable with. I’ll do it in the morning and then some weights at night or something a bit more challenging. I always feel good when I do this session!
