one of the best video i am suffering from lung infection it helps a lot . Now i use inhalers very frequently . Results in one week excellent

I've been having issues with my lungs and breathing since last year. When I went to the hospital I was told it was pneumonia. I was given first aid and antibiotics to help me. Breathe and then I was sent home. The medication seemed to have helped but then throughout the year I still felt pain on my left where the pneumonia was found. I can't afford a doctor or hospital this time so I'm here at home trying to recover. Thanks so much for your video. These asenas have helped a bit. I still don't understand much about yoga as I'm a newbie but I will keep exercising until I manage to see the doctor
