Just wanted to let you know I’ve been using this video for the past 3 months. Sometimes it’s a good warmup for me, other times it’s just a “hey it’s only 5 minutes you can do it real quick”. I’m trying to fix my life over summer for my new school I’m going to when school starts and I already messed up my sleep schedule because of my screen time and my mental health problems and almost every night i cried before I went to bed. I went to bed a little late last night, (because I had a mental breakdown) but I woke up at 5:40 AM this morning and after eating breakfast I decided to do yoga and it’s now going to be this video i use every morning now. I feel so productive and calm this morning. Thank you! 💗💕
