Do this 5 minute yoga class to help relieve back tension and general back pain. This quick yoga class incorporated the 6 movements of the spine (Flexion, Extension, Rotation right and left, Lateral flexion right and left) to help increase mobility, flexibility and release tension from the back. Back stretches are a great addition to your morning routine to help you feel your best for the day ahead. You can also benefit from stretching your back midday or even before bed so you can sleep more comfortably at night.

Had an exam today. This was an amazing way to wind down from the stress and tension, and to prepare and rest my mind before getting back to studying for tomorrow's tests. 🙂 thank you for the amazing video. Loved the music!

Um I just got my period less than a year ago but am having REALLY bad back pain. I’ve tried exercise, and even back pain RELIEF videos like this one but it makes it worse every month. 😂 any tips from older ladies?
