@sowmyamothi First of all thanks for spending in time and sharing ur knowledge, its helpful. Hats off to you both.

Couple of questions:

1. For NRIs if we have 2 term insurance. 1 at abroad and 1 at India – can we get the cover from both?

2. How to know about commercial properties for sale from abroad? Finding residential properties are quite easy comparatively, as we get promotional ads from builders. But how to know about commercial properties that too a resale property?

3. Loan processing by staying abroad is an easy process? Share the difficulties you faced.

Term Insurance in LIC is best. Why because I dont like taking Term plan in private insurance company. There may be a chance they deny at some point.
Also in case of death Taking online term plan its bit hard for my family to approach. But LIC branches are everywhere in each town they can reach easily. Please provide your view.

YouTube algo made me watch your last video, really detailed and honest opinions. This video is also really good.
I would like to know how to look for foreign opportunities from India especially in Malaysia, Singapore where companies provide work visa.
I know one way is through working company but right now most of the jobs are contracted to Asia due to cost of workforce. If you have
some tips please do share in video or comments.
