The initial death figure was 1400, it was only many days later that 200 of the 1400 were Hamas fighters who were identified through forensic ID because they were burnt beyond recognition. The question how did these fighters get burnt beyond recognition? It was IDF Hannibal Directive Apache helicopters use of Hellfire missiles to stop hostages being taken.
