At any business the owner knows his or her own business that they've got A lot of money invested in, stabbing someone in the back or stepping on someone else's toes won't get you A raise or promotion but hard work, being consistent and the number one committed employee that stands for the company and their peers will get you farther. The boss sees all because it's his or her's dream and their life and chances are they worked to darn hard to ever allow someone to trick them because the truth will eventually be seen.

😄 first feedback I had from my boss in regards to my job profficiency was anger and jealousy because I was much better in many ways and mainly gained big respect from colleagues who begun prefer and like me instead of her….🙄
Second feedback was hatred because I refused corporate culture of pretending lies how everything is perfect and was brave authentic telling ugly truth instead….👊
JP always states his preaching from perspective that most people are honorary but the opposite is real. Stealing others' work results is especially management's manner
