Its a very good video suggesting people like me what to do after visiting so many doctors and getting nothing out of it. I have been suffering from acidity and heart burn for the last 7 years. The problem is now very serious that I feel heart burn after every small meal also..If there are any other helpful tips related to this to improve my situation please let me know..I would be very grateful πŸ™‚

I thought lemon is bad for acidity. In fact any citrus is bad for acid reflux.
