Vishuddhi when active helps you voice your opinions and thoughts and gives clarity of communication. To express yourself freely practice Setu Bandhasana, Sarvangasana, Halasana 🔘

Agya is your command centre and determines your intelligence and wisdom. To activate this chakra practice Dharana on your Bhrumadhya ⚪️

Sahasrara is your higher consciousness and determines your ability to think beyond I, me and mine. To feel an expansion of yourself practice Shirshasana and Meditation 🌈

Chakras can gradually open at different levels and nothing extraordinary needs to happen for you to activate them. Eat good food, practice asana, pranayama and meditation and serve well in the world. The Chakras will keep opening at their own pace. 🧘🏾

LONG POST!!!!!!! ‼️‼️

It is my first time doing yoga in 30 years of my life, Ive been always doing lifting weights or workout at the gym and never pay attention to it, I know to myself I have a lot of healing and releasing, also removing blockages in my life and chakra’s.

I started my self love and healing my inner child and past traumas in family and relationships and Ive been consistent for 2months now.
Doing all things like meditation, scripting,journaling, jogging at nature, grounding and heal my overall self with help of frequency.

Many improvements and Good things happened to me, I am also working on my mindset and learning many new things in just 2 months I can say I am proud of my improvements, but this is something new to my experience, I honestly didn’t expect my emotions. Started at ROOT CHAKRA I FELT GOOD BUT when we started the SACRAL chakra it suddenly kicked into my emotions and I cried so hard!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭 the feelings I am releasing during the SACRAL CHAKRA MOVEMENTS ARE SO STRONG!!!! To the point it hurts my jaw because of how I felt. I felt neglected, lonely and looking for love, THE LOVE THAT I AM LOOKING FELT LIKE I WAS A CHILD THEN IT SHIFTS TO THE FEELING OF ADULT SELF. I didn’t expect this experience!!!! 🥹
When it comes to the balance of spine putting up both of my feet, I am seriously scared!!!!! 😟 I felt overwhelmed and shaking. Now I fully understand where I have blockages in my chakra.

Thank you so much to both of you for putting efforts and helping many people to heal. I know this is a sign.

I will continue this journey I have started. This yoga helps me feel good to myself now.
