For the Chicken:
Chicken : 500 gram
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Tikka masala : 1 tsp
For the Chicken Tikka:
Oil : 1 tbsp
Place foil paper
Place charcoal
Drizzle few drops of oil
Smoke it for 2 minutes
Finalization:
Oil : 2 tbsp
Red chili: 3, Cinnamon/darchini: 1, Cardamom/elaichi: 3, Cumin/zera: 1/2 tsp, Cloves/loung: 5-6
Onion chopped : 1 medium size
Cook it until color changes to light golden
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tsp
Tomato paste : 2 medium size
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder : 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Add chicken tikka
Water : 2 cup
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes
Cream : 4 tbsp
Roasted fenugreek : 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander
