Looks easy but good luck making it happen! Followed the recipe but failed miserably. Looking elsewhere for tips to this deceivingly “easy” dessert.

I have a question I am making your churros on a industrial fryer and my churros come out doughy fron the in side the temperature is 350 for 4 min and they come out brown from the outside but raw from inside help !!
