MP Kimani its a lie to say that MPs are standing on procedure they are all figure dropping the money they got for their constituencies when the President travelled to the US . None have quoted any clauses or any part of the Bill. These people did not even teach their people about the bill let alone mention it and neither did they mention this money they got until put under pressure.
