4 Curry powder
2 Coriander powder
2 Cumin powder
2 Turmeric powder
2 Paprika powder
1/4 tbsp Garam Masala

Wah! Unique recipe. I've never before seen the technique of bhuno-ing at the end of the meat cooking, but it makes total sense! The garlic bagaar/tempering at the very end adds such a rich touch! It would be awesome if you could share the recipe for the curry powder that you used.
