Hopeless cuisine. Fry the chicken to golden brown to caramelize the fats and consolidate the fry taste. Take Out. Fry the Onions and the rest to seal the flavours. MIX all (with tomato puree ++ and add the curry powder. Preferably Sri Lankan toasted curry powder from SL Stores in UK. BOIL with water to a higher temperature to "break down" the powders. Then simmer to your taste and add a portion of coconut block for an authentic taste and tickener. Voila. N need a camera and uploading to YT for Money. YOU will NEVER see an Indian Patron in a Banladeshi Restaurant in the UK. They Taste is GONE and the TRILL is GONE too.

Fantastic video. Goes to show how truly amazing and taken for granted our bodies are… Memory is usually associated with past events you can remember in your head… Meanwhile you have just given us all a fantastic video showing how your taste and palette as a fantastic chef yourself reminded you of the past as well from dishes you used to have. Amazing… ❤❤

Awesome.. well done. Sorry for the cliche, but this is the blend of experience and love for the food. Those old recipes were traditional and sorely missed in todays "South Asian cuisine." You could taste that dish just by knowing what was going in the pot. Personally, I would like to see ingredients (text up) as you are adding or discussing them because unless your Bengalli and hearing is 100%, the chefs tips are lost. Finally, if a recipe and cooking secrets as they occur (like dont burn the garlic, because its bitter, just as an example) would add greatly to the experience of watching. This is a mine of opportunity for an audience of foodies of a generation both South Asian and people who love that food. I'm looking forward to the nex5 one…

As-Salamu Alaykum Latif,

Love watching your show with my brother. We were wondering if you could come and visit Shah Jahan Mosque, Woking, and try the Biriyani there that they have after Jummah. 🙂
