Zelensky can’t negotiate with as he’s not the democrat leader of Ukraine he’s a dictator
The Treaty on the Russian-Ukrainian border is a bilateral international treaty between the Russian Federation and Ukraine, which delineated the land border line between the two countries. On January 28, 2003, during the visit of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to Kyiv, the Treaty on the state border between the two countries was signed, which fixed its land part. This Treaty was finalized by the governments of both countries in April 2004. I just want both countries to stop this horrible war and return back to the agreement signed by Putin in 2003. May God protect the people of both counties and have them live in peace and respect of each other.
Very importantly the Ukrainians have allowed the big corperations to buy lots of their land. Their Plan B?
