– 2 lbs (900g) ground beef
– 2 eggs
– 1 onion
– 1 bunch parsley
– 5 medium potatoes
– 5 oz (150g) spinach
– 7 oz (200g) mushrooms
– 5 oz (150g) Emmental cheese
– 1 oz (30g) Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 stick (30g) butter
– 2 fl oz (60ml) cream
– 2 tbsp ketchup
– 4 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tsp grain Dijon mustard
– 2 tbsp honey
– Olive oil
– Salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic
– Fresh herbs
– Cherry tomatoes
