Why the hell are they making him pay. If it’s something that’s improved their business and a cake a year wouldn’t kill them even more so if they know why the recipe was there in the first place. One cake a year is what £40? maximum they will make more than that on the recipe a week.

Idk, i think your kids just wanna the recipe stay in family, and i can understand that, but her recipe will live on now through the many who’ve tasted the cake and i think this is beautiful too, you need say to yours kids that and explain yourself, after all, they miss her like you miss too

his kids are the jerks, he wanted to relive his moments with his late wife and asked them if they could help first, but none of them did. if they did he wouldn't have asked a bakery for help in recreating it and selling it to them. They didn't bother or care until he did something to make himself happy
