Japan's largest warship arrives on US shores for military testing



The largest warship in Japan’s navy, the JS Kaga, has made its way to California. US military forces are helping Japan test out the aircraft carrier’s capabilities in an effort to counter China’s growing intimidation efforts in the South China Sea.

You know, it's not said enough about how the United States and Japan have come through such a horrible past together and came out the other side as close friends. It should be an example to all other nations around the world that there is always a way to make amends and move forward no matter how bad the past was. There are no better ways to be friends than to watch each others backs.
