Ingredients used:-

Fish
Nadru(Lotus stem)
White round Radish(mooli)
Kashmir Saag(Haakh)
Onions-2
Pir Mustard oil
Kashmiri Ver masala tikki-1tbsp

For marinating the Fish:-
Salt
Turmeric powder
Meat/chicken/Fish masala(optional)

For boiling Nadru:-
Turmeric powder
Salt

For boiling Radish:-
Turmeric powder

For boiling Saag:-
Garlic paste-1tsp

For making Ver paste:-
Ver masala tikki-1tbsp
Red Chilli powder-2tbsp

Spices added after layering:-
Green cardamom-7
Black cardamom-5
Cinnamon stick-2
Cloves-5
Cumin seeds-1tbsp
Fennel seed powder (saunf)-1tbsp
Turmeric powder-1tsp full
Ginger powder-1/2tsp
Garlic paste-2tbsp
Salt- as per taste
Red chilli and very masala tikki powder with onion fried- full

Wonderful content as usual. I have a question about sea habitat fishes …is there any different method to cook them. I always fail to bring the same kind of texture and taste. What could be the reason. ?
