This dude is saying he entered the club from stocks. Rich dad says stocks, bonds and paper based investments are appropriate and he advise for real estate with debt investments, gold, silver and oil well, and grand pa buffet says trash all these and buy business which runs business for you and you be home company for it and earn money. 😂😂😂 All have different theories… is there any one who said he made his fortune from a simple salary, staying in India only through out his life with no masters or mba , purchased homes and liquidating them after becoming debt free, and still trying to find better ways to increase the wealth? On the other hand you say mutual funds. Those fellows are taking advantage of laziness of not reading fund policy documents by cashing them. Please educate people that they need to read the policy documents and how these companies are cheating them. Life , term policies everywhere the sales guys of these market players are playing big scam by hiding truth leading customers to buy policies which gain advantage to agents in middle. I am one of the victim 😢. I read documents and heard sales guys by keeping my requirements and conditions. As per sales I am in right path. After I purchased the operation guys comes to picture and says this is not what policy says.

I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.
