By far my favorite pranayam, the benefits are truly amazing. It eradicates negative thoughts & detoxifies the body like nothing else. I love lying in savasana & making up melodies as I drift off to sleep, after a few days of practice I became significantly more creative & it only grew from there! Humming a few hours a day can make you beautiful inside & out! To strongly stimulate ajna chakra release all tension from your face and try to vibrate the bridge of your nose!
