When things were doing as they should, Industry were the clients of Universities now its the students who are the clients and so university papers are no longer worth as much as they were.

I've always been under the impression that colleges should only be paid after a student finishes with the cost being directly based on the wage they make at their job after college, and should be a nationally regulated standard.
