The cheaters are because 2K monitorized the game. Win a millon VC or Ant-Up matches, expensive gear to help brands get paid for the exposure. 2K even got rid of francise mode off line just to get more players stuck with the cheaters and provide motivation to cards or better control responses. It is a scam that benefits 2K overall.
