No cooking required—just stir the ingredients together and refrigerate overnight for a creamy and enjoyable serving of oatmeal to kickstart your day 😋 You can savor it cold straight from the jar or warm it up in the microwave for a cozy option. These are good in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
OVERNIGHT OATS INGREDIENTS:
► 1/2 cup of rolled oats per jar
► 1 cup of almond milk per jar (or milk of choice)
► 1 tsp chia seeds per jar
► 1 tbsp almond butter per jar
► 1/2 tbsp of My Normal Keto Allulose
► 1/3 cup Greek yogurt per jar
► 1/2 cup blueberries and strawberries per jar
► Some banana slices
► Some chopped pecans
