Yoga For Runner’s – or joggers, or brisk walkers. This practice offers great release and rehab after a good run or cardio. Also, a wonderful practice to repeat to up or maintain your running or cardio game.

This sequence stays low to the ground. Use the breath to stretch and soothe the muscles of the body, stabilize the joints, and Find What Feels Good. This 30 min practice uses the principles of yoga to cultivate balance and find ease. Thirty minutes of practice to allow, release, balance, and restore!

Great video. Maybe you could edit out the raspy breathing noises.

Always a pleasure doing this routine, even when I am not currently running! I relied on this video a ton when I was doing half marathon training earlier this year and it really did wonders. 🙂

@johannaklumi

This was the most perfect yoga for what I needed today THANK YOU ❤

@deirdreshine5149

Is it better to do this before or after a run? Thanks

@JesusCamacho-fy1xh

I usually train all things mixed martial arts related. As of late i’ve felt really tight in my back, hips, knees. This is my 3rd day doing your videos. In just those three days i have felt subtle positive changes. Looking forward to what else comes with it
