Not personally, but I work for IT helpdesk and some employees have bought personal laptops that were framework laptops, and another helpdesk employee also purchased a framework.

With the employees, they asked us at the helpdesk to assemble it for them, and we did. The process was relatively straightforward, except, one of the employees bought a laptop with no RAM and no SSD because a family member recommended them that, and then forgot to buy the parts later.

We recommended them RAM and an SSD to purchase and we plugged it in for them and it worked great.

I can't really speak on customer support because I've not opened or seen any support correspondence with them.

We ordered a framework 16 as a test device for our business to potentially replace 40 laptops and 170 with 13s. Sadly the numpad was also broken for us but as it's a test we didn't bother with the ticket as we later discovered that the 16 also has some issue with conditional access policies that are configured and we couldn't make the device compliant at all
