If the building gets demolished you will get maybe 1sqft for 100sqft flat. Where she getting her math from?
For land where the value is 50K/sqft, usually it would be high rise apartment's where the ownership value on land for an apartment owner will always be lower than the pice of the flat.
Bull shit, she is talking fluff, no idiot builder will buy at a premium and incur building cost and sell the built up area that does not add up, no way that the total built up area will be less than the portion of land you are entitled for, maybe so in 20-30 years, not at the time of buying, she is a bluff master, the interviewer more so
