Wherein you buy 2000sqft flat and you end up getting only 100-150sqft UDS.. what’s the point
Sir many don't know english… So my advice to you if you really want people who watch your podcast and wanna learn from shorts or video make your podcast in hindi….
She could be saying price of entire flat is lesser than the uds land value. This is true in very old apartments. But this is not the proper way to invest in real estate 😂
