Sotanghon Guisado Recipe πŸœπŸ”πŸ₯•

300g vermicelli /Sotanghon (pure potato, cooked according to package instructions)
750g (ΒΎ kg) chicken or pork
1 big cabbage
2 big carrots

1 white onion
10 cloves garlic
3 small red onions

1 large bell pepper
1 shrimp broth cubes
1 packet Ginisa mix seasoning or MSG to taste
salt to taste (about 1 tbsp)
pepper to taste
annatto / asuete powder to color

100mL dark soy sauce / toyo (scant Β½ cup)
60mL oyster sauce (4 tbsp)
oil to saute (60 mL or ΒΌ cup)
750 mL water (3 cups)

I like my veggies crisp, kaya sa huli ko ilalagay yung carrots at cabbage. Just my preference. Peace 🫰🫰🫰
