Ultimate Chocolate Mug Cake by A Couple Cooks :
• All-purpose flour: 2 tablespoons
• Sugar: 2 tablespoons
• Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons
• Baking powder: 1/8 teaspoon
• Milk: 2 tablespoons
• Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
• Optional mix-ins: 1 tablespoon chocolate chips.
