Such an interesting interview/conversation.
On the supermarket techniques to make us buy food w/o much thought, e.g. hard to read nutritionist and ingredient info and food placements on aisles. I am curious to know how that is now translated into online food shopping. I don't know in US, but in UK I heavily buy my food online, and whilst I clearly know the influence when going to the supermarket, I do sense the influence is less when buying online (except thinking on the order on which the search results present it to me) and I can clearly read the info that otherwise I would struggle.

I was immediately taken back by the name Nestle😂. How ironic. M glad she's not related to the Nestles. Bt. Thank you Dr.Mike for bring her on the show. We need more people saying the truth. I recently embarked on a health-living journey, so help me God. For her business, cheer and good looks at her age, m definitely doing what she is doing…hellos from Uganda😊
