Good evening ma'am… I am really impressed by watching your video… I am a new mother who got huge tummy hanging…. I wanted to join any live yoga classes for reducing my belly and also to keep myself fit and healthy…..ease do let me know if you conduct any online yoga classes… Now 3rd month running to my baby… So pls confirm if I can start yoga and do surya namaskar and so on….

Mam I had a C-section one month ago and I haven't gained weight even after but I am having loose abdomen and it feels like a bulge what should I do so that I don't put on weight and can tight and slim my belly area
