I feel like being aware of the moments in which you become distracted is one of the most important parts of the practice. When does your mind drift… what does it drift to? Reconnect to the breath and body to come back to the moment…. Oh it drifted off again to the exact same thing 😅… Now I know what need to address/let go of.

I swear the only time I think about vacuuming is when I'm doing pushups or Chaturanga staring at the floor
