*RECIPE*
1. Slice the potatoes and rest them in water for 15 minutes.
2. Take half bowl cornflour, 1tbsp kashmiri mirch, 1 tbsp table salt and a cup of water and mix it well.
3. Now make spiral as shown.
4. Now coat the spiral stick in mixture and fry them at medium flame.
5. Your crispy potato twisters is ready. ENJOY.
