Here is the detailed recipe of Crispy Potato Wedges
*RECIPE*
1. Take 3 potatoes. Slice the potatoes as shown.
2. Wash the sliced potatoes well.
3. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
4. Put in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tbsp chili flakes and 1 tbsp oregano.
5. Mix it well.
6. Fry in medium hot flame till it become crispy.
7. Add peri peri masala and mix.
Your peri peri potatoe wegdes is ready. Enjoy.
