Vriksha – Tree; Asana – Pose (Pronounced as VRIK-shAH-sana)

Vrikshasana or tree pose replicates the graceful, steady stance of a tree. The tree pose improves concentration as well as stretches the legs, back and arms. These are only a few of the tree pose benefits. Unlike more yoga postures, the tree pose requires the individual to keep the eyes open to maintain balance. Hi,could you tell me if there is any reason for staring with the left foot on the floor?i have seen other videos and people start with the right foot on the floor.The same happen with garudasana.If anyone can tell me i would appreciate the info.Thanks

I have utilized other yoga magazines in the past but this yoga guide "Yοmzοzο Kena" (Google it) is completely different because of the accompanying demonstration of positions involved. They`re huge and colorful so it`s very easy to imagine what the position is SUPPOSED to appear like. And not just that, I`m slimming down too. .
