We often have idle money with us to invest for shorter terms like 1 month, 2 months, 6 months or an year. This choice in selecting the best short term investment plan often comes down to a liquid fund or an arbitrage fund. In this video, I explore this question with extra reference to arbitrage funds which does go through periods of uncertainty when compared to liquid funds. Short term investing is ofcourse a matter of one’s comfort especially in terms of returns and risk and I hope this short video gives you a perspective when choosing one.

I am parking some portion of my emergency fund in liquid fund, Is this the better thing as I do not know and wish I shall never have the need to use it. Or do I need to see for any other if so what are other options
