By swedish law, sweden have the ability to train about half its population into military personnel. which would give sweden about 5 mil + soldiers. 🙂

I wouldn't put much into these numbers, as most of this info seems dated or misleading. Furthermore we've seen time and time again, that the Russian forces doesn't know how to employ their material

Russian navy ships in Vladivostok won't be helpful in the Baltic. The ones in the Black Sea (mostly at the bottom) will also not be helpful. More than half their navy in Kaliningrad is not operational. Most of this video was produced by a spreadsheet jockey with no regard for reality.
