Ingredients:
For saag:
Fresh sarson leaves – 500gms
Fresh spinach – 200 gm
Ginger – ½ inch
Garlic – 5-6 cloves.
Salt – ½ spoon

For Tadka :
Ghee – 2 spoons
Chopped onion – 1
Chopped Garlic – ½ spoon Chopped Ginger – ½ spoon
Dry red Chilli- 4-5
Tomato purée – 1/2 cup
Salt – ⅓ spoon
Roasted Coriander powder – 1/2 spoon
Red chilli powder -½ spoon
Makke ka aata – 2 spoon
Butter – 1 spoon
