It was the best yoga class ive ever had, it was amazing !!! I have scoliosis in a low level but this is so good for my back pain and stretch problems

My dear lady…why Tadasan… should become mountain pose in English?? Tad is a tree like coconut tree. Standing tall on your feet with hands stretched up… standing tall n firm like a Tad tree hence the name Tadasan…. I hope you all know this. Why the basics are getting distorted???
