Awesome yoga practice Adriene, thank you. I definitely feel flexible in mind, body, and spirit after doing this gorgeous yoga practice. Thank you Adriene, for always being there for me. I have a dentist appointment today, and have been anxious about it all week. So this yoga practice, was a good one help me feel calm, for going to the dentist. Get to Know Day 13: I started meditating before getting in the mat to be able to find my breath and it’s really helping.

benji is just too cute and a true master at the practice of zen ❤

this time around, i felt so strong in my planks to belly, and even pushing up to the plank from the belly! progress 🎉
i got a good neck pop on my right side while moving my neck around in star pose, thank you for that!
i definitely feel energized, and connected to myself and so much more!
