Gastritis refers to set of symptoms caused by an imbalance between the acid secretion of the stomach, intestines and protective mechanisms that ensures their safety. Acid secretion by stomach is supposed to be a normal procedure for healthy digestion. However when there is excess production of acid it results in acidity and Gas.
Here I have shown few quick yoga asanas to release that excess gas. However it is important to work on the root cause by taking care of diet and a lifestyle. Healthy digestion is the key!
Ignorance to Gastric trouble can lead to severe health issues like #IBS #pepticulcer #colitis etc.
Few things will help you to escape from gastric trouble:
1. Eat at regular intervals
2. Eat a little less than your hunger
3. Drink minimum 2-3 liters of water daily. Preferably warm water.
4. Avoid eating after 8 p.m. or preferably after sunset.
5. Never eat or drink in a standing position.
6. Regular Asana practice or any exercise that works for your body type.
