Main to everyday is excercise ko karta hoon, aur maine dawa Leni band kar di, but sir, just din nahi karta hoon to so kar uthte waqt subah me bahoot bahoot stiffness aur pain rahta hain mere peeth me, but jab aapka exercise kar leta hoon to ekdam fit,
