Mai begginer hun mujhe knowledge nahi gym ke class mein sir gym mein yoga class bhi hai flexibility class. Bhi hai hum kya choose kare hum yoga ya flexibility class

Bhai dono karo morning me half n hour time nikal ke yoga karo aur shaam ko gym jao 45 minutes to 1 hour maximum aur agar itna bhi time nahi hai apni health ke liye to jaake mar jaao😊
