I have this hunchback posture thing myself, so this felt amazing

In the very first exercise, he tightness in my shoulders, or perhaps bend of my back, does not allow my hands to reach the floor above my head, or when I bring my elbows out perpendicularly. They remain about 6-8" above the floor. I assume I just continue doing what I can without straining??
