This quick yoga class incorporated the 6 movements of the spine (Flexion, Extension, Rotation right and left, Lateral flexion right and left) to help increase mobility, flexibility and release tension from the back. Back stretches are a great addition to your morning routine to help you feel your best for the day ahead. You can also benefit from stretching your back midday or even before bed so you can sleep more comfortably at night.

literally worked like a medicine. i’ve had a long day at work and had lower back pain and upper back tension this released everything. when you said feel the tension and release… I LITERALLY DID!!! 🤯🤯
